Binding Agreement
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AmzEngine. By accessing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these provisions, including our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AmzEngine platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice provided via platform announcement or email.
2. Intelligent Service Scope
AmzEngine provides a specialized intelligence, monitoring, and protection platform for Amazon sellers. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Real-time product and keyword intelligence.
- Automated listing monitoring and hijack protection.
- Inventory forecasting and operational analytics.
- Expert-led diagnostic reviews and recovery assistance.
3. Amazon Independent Disclaimer
AmzEngine is an independent intelligence provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.We utilize official Amazon APIs (SP-API) but operate as a third-party technology layer. Final decisions regarding account standing, listing suppression, or marketplace enforcement are made exclusively by Amazon.
4. User Account Integrity
To maintain the security of our data ecosystem, users must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Secure all API credentials and platform access tokens.
- Immediately report any unauthorized access to our security team.
- Ensure all marketplace activities performed via AmzEngine tools comply with the Amazon Seller Code of Conduct.
5. Subscription & Payment Protocols
Access to premium intelligence modules is granted via recurring subscription or specialized service fees.
- Billing Cycles: Charges are processed at the start of each billing period.
- Cancellations: Users may cancel at any time via the billing console. Access remains active until the end of the current period.
- Refunds: Due to the immediate delivery of digital intelligence, fees are non-refundable except where mandated by law or for verifiable technical failure.
6. Intellectual Property & Data Rights
AmzEngine retains all rights to its proprietary algorithms, UI/UX designs, and intelligence scoring models. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use platform data for internal business optimization only. Extraction of data via unauthorized scraping or resale of intelligence is strictly prohibited.
7. Strategic Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmzEngine shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits resulting from Amazon-initiated account actions.
- Decisions made based on predictive intelligence models.
- Marketplace fluctuations or changes in Amazon's internal algorithms.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
8. Security Compliance & Termination
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for platform abuse. We reserve the right to terminate access immediately for:
- Breach of Amazon's anti-manipulation policies.
- Attempts to compromise platform infrastructure.
- Non-payment or fraudulent chargebacks.
- Misuse of Expert Service resources.
